Returns & Refunds
Thank you for purchasing our products at JujuChan.com, we are committed to giving our customers the best experience. If you have received damaged goods or are not completely happy with your product please email us at email@example.com to let us know as soon as possible.
Refunds on new or gently used products can be given within 30 days of the purchase date and can be returned to us at the address given to you. After 30 days have passed, your product is no longer eligible for a refund.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded and customers are responsible for any charges incurred for shipping the product back to us. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment and can take between 7 – 10 business days.
